Get Started
When you've made the decision to cremate your beloved pet, you can reach us in two ways:
Choose Your Cremation Type
We offer two cremation options. Both are carried out with the utmost care and respect, and both include a Certificate of Cremation.
Individual Cremation
Your pet is cremated alone. You will receive their ashes afterward, allowing you to keep a part of them close and honor their memory in the way that feels most meaningful to you.
Communal Cremation
Your pet is cremated together with other pets. The ashes are respectfully dispersed by our team. Cremation is an environmentally responsible alternative to burial, avoiding the long-term impact of decomposition on the soil.
Select an Urn or Memorial Keepsake
If you choose individual cremation, you can select how you'd like to honor your pet's memory. A basic scattering urn is included free of charge with every individual cremation.
We also offer a curated selection of specially crafted urns in a variety of styles, materials and designs — as well as memorial jewelry that allows you to carry a small portion of your pet's ashes with you at all times.

Once your choices are made, we will collect your pet either from your veterinarian's office or directly from your home — whichever is most convenient for you. Your pet is handled with the utmost care and respect throughout the entire process.
Cremation
Your pet is carefully transported to our cremation facility, where we adhere to the highest standards to ensure a dignified process. Following the cremation, our team carefully collects and prepares the ashes, placing them in your chosen urn or container.
Return of Ashes & Certificate
The entire process, from collection to the return of the ashes, typically takes about one week. We can return the ashes to your veterinarian's office or directly to your home. Every cremation includes a Certificate of Cremation as a reassurance of the respectful care your beloved pet received.
Payment is required prior to the commencement of the cremation process. We accept online payments and are happy to discuss any questions about costs. We believe in complete transparency.
